Ingredients

These Ingredients make:

4 Portions
  • 500 g Noodles
  • 300 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 250 g Chickpeas cooked, from the tin
  • 2 Large onions
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 300 g Plant-based cream cheese
  • 750 ml Vegetable broth
  • 4 Hands full fresh basil
  • 1 TL Paprika spice
  • 1 TL Oregano
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 1 Pinch Pepper

Instructions
 

Put the pasta and vegetables in the dish

  1. Place the pasta in a large casserole dish
  2. Dice the onions, peel the garlic cloves, drain the chickpeas and add everything together with the cherry tomatoes to the pasta in the casserole dish.

Add cream cheese, vegetable stock and spices

  1. Pour the plant-based cream cheese over the vegetables and chickpeas
  2. Pour a generous amount of vegetable stock over everything to ensure a juicy consistency.
  3. Sprinkle the paprika, oregano, salt and pepper evenly over the casserole.

Baking

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees (fan oven)
  2. Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35 minutes until the pasta is cooked and the surface is golden brown

Mix and add the basil

  1. Remove the casserole from the oven
  2. Mix carefully and stir in the freshly chopped basil. Enjoy your meal!
