20 Oat cookies

Ingredients

  • 250 g Oat flakes
  • 150 g Margarine
  • 100 ml Oat milk
  • 100 g Flour
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • 100 g Agave syrup

Optional

  • Chocolate drops, raisins, cranberries, etc.

Instructions
 

Preheat the oven

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (fan oven).

Mix the ingredients

  1. Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly in a large bowl. If required, you can also add chocolate drops, raisins or other extras.

Shape the dough

  1. Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving some space between them.

Baking

  1. Place the baking tray in the preheated oven and bake the cookies for 20 minutes until they are golden brown.

Allow to cool

  1. Remove the baked oat cookies from the oven and leave to cool completely on the tray.

Enjoy

  1. Once the oat cookies have cooled, you can enjoy them. Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside.

Notes

Instead of agave syrup, you can also use any other sweetener of your choice.
