Ingredients

These Ingredients make:

2 Portions
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 EL Coconut oil
  • 1-2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Pk. Tofu 200g
  • 1 Pk. strained tomatoes
  • 1 Can Kidney beans
  • 1 Can Maize
  • Chilli at will
  • 1 EL Agave syrup or other sweetener
  • 1 TL Paprika powder
  • Salt & pepper

Instructions
 

Fry the onions

  1. Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Dice the onion and sauté in the pan until golden brown.

Prepare the tofu

  1. Squeeze the tofu, cut into cubes and add to the sautéed onions in the pan.

Fry the tofu and garlic

  1. Crush the garlic and fry in the pan with the tofu cubes until the tofu is golden brown. This takes about 3-5 minutes.

Add the remaining ingredients

  1. Add strained tomatoes, drained kidney beans, drained corn, chili to taste, agave syrup and paprika powder. Stir everything well and let it heat up.

Finishing the filling

  1. Let the filling simmer for a few minutes until all the flavors have melded well. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Preparation of the wraps

  1. Lay out each wrap and fill it generously with the prepared tofu filling.
  2. Add avocado, cucumber, peppers, carrots, spinach, lettuce or other vegetables of your choice to the filling.
  3. Toppings such as soy yogurt or vegan cream cheese round off the wrap.
  4. Fold the wraps and enjoy this delicious, protein-rich meal!
