Tofu scrambled eggs

These scrambled tofu eggs are simply brilliant. I used to love scrambled eggs and now I've discovered this delicious vegan alternative with natural tofu, smoked tofu and a pinch of kala namak for that authentic egg taste. The golden yellow color thanks to turmeric not only puts you in a good mood, but also promises a great taste. Add cherry tomatoes and fresh parsley to spice things up. Try it and you'll be surprised how delicious plant-based scrambled eggs can be!
