Today I'm sharing a simple recipe for homemade spinach fettuccine with you. The green noodles are not only colorful, but also delicious. Let's prepare this fresh pasta treat together!

These Ingredients make:

2 Portions
  • 150 g Wheat flour Type 450 or type 630 spelt flour
  • 150 g Durum wheat semolina
  • 1 TL Salt
  • 90 g Frozen spinach
  • 100 ml Water

Instructions
 

Mix the ingredients

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, durum wheat semolina and salt. Form a hollow in the middle
  2. Defrost the frozen spinach and squeeze well. Mix with water and pour the spinach mixture into the hollow in the flour mixture.

Knead, roll out and cut the dough

  1. Carefully fold in the spinach with a spoon and then knead everything into a smooth dough.
  2. Pass the dough through a pasta roller until it is thin.
  3. Then cut the thin sheets of dough into fettuccine strips and place them a little apart on a plate dusted with flour or hang them up.
  4. Leave the fettuccine to dry for about 30 minutes.

Cook and enjoy

  1. Place the fettuccine in boiling water for about 3 minutes. Make sure they are al dente.
  2. Serve the homemade spinach fettuccine with aglio e olio (garlic and olive oil) or your favorite sauce and experience the delicious taste!
