Roasting garlic

  1. Slice the garlic bulb and drizzle with oil.
  2. Roast in a preheated oven at 200 degrees top/bottom heat for 40 minutes.

Sauté the smoked tofu and onions

  1. Meanwhile, cut or grate the smoked tofu into thin slices and fry in a little oil in a pan.
  2. Cut the onions into thin rings and sauté.

Topping a baguette

  1. Spread hummus on the baguette.
  2. Spread the smoked tofu and onions evenly on top.
  3. Season with chili flakes to taste.
