These delicious vegetable and soy patties are easy to prepare and are a delicious way to incorporate more vegetables and plant-based proteins into your diet. These patties are ideal as a main course, side dish or as a filling for sandwiches or wraps.

These Ingredients make:

8 Patties
  • 1 Carrot small
  • 1 Potato
  • 1/2 Paprika
  • 1 Onion
  • 50 g Soy granules
  • 50 g Maize
  • Water warm
  • 100 g Wheat flour type 450 or gluten-free flour mix
  • 1 EL Strength
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

Prepare the vegetables and soy granules

  1. Grate the carrot and potato.
  2. Dice the bell pepper and onion.
  3. Place everything in a large bowl.
  4. Soak the soy granules in water until soft. Then pour off.

Prepare the dough

  1. Add the soaked soy granules to the grated vegetables in the bowl.
  2. Add the corn, flour and starch.
  3. Mix everything well.

Shape, fry and serve the patties

  1. Shape the dough into portion-sized patties.
  2. Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the patties on both sides until golden brown.
  3. The vegetable patties are ready and can be served as desired.
