10 Roulades
  • 1 Red cabbage large
  • 2 cm Ginger
  • 3 Garlic cloves
  • 2 Carrots
  • 2 Paprika
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 100 g Soy granules
  • 50 ml Soy sauce

  • Sweet chili sauce

Instructions
 

Preparation of red cabbage and soy granules

  1. Cut the stalk off the red cabbage
  2. Cook the red cabbage in boiling water for 5 minutes until the leaves come away easily.
  3. Put the red cabbage leaves to one side.
  4. Soak the soy granules in hot vegetable stock for 10 minutes.
  5. Then drain.

Filling

  1. Fry the soy granules together with all the ingredients for the filling in a pan.
  2. Deglaze with soy sauce.

Assembling and serving rolls

  1. Cover the prepared red cabbage leaves with the soy granulate filling.
  2. Shape the leaves into rolls and fry again briefly on both sides.
  3. Arrange the red cabbage rolls on a plate.
  4. Garnish with sesame seeds, fresh parsley and chili flakes.
