Ingredients

These Ingredients make:

2 Quesadillas

Filling

  • 50 g Soy granules
  • 150 g Vegetable broth
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 3 Spring onions
  • bunch of fresh parsley
  • 4 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 TL Agave syrup
  • 3 EL Vinegar
  • 50 g Kidney beans
  • 50 g Maize
  • 1 TL Chili flakes
  • 1 TL Paprika
  • 1 TL Cumin
  • Salt & pepper

Supplements

  • Guacamole
  • Salsa sauce

Instructions
 

Prepare the filling

  1. Cook the soy granules in vegetable stock until soft and then drain.
  2. Sauté the onions in oil, add the soy granules.
  3. Gradually stir in all the other ingredients for the filling, fry and season.

Filling wraps

  1. Place a wrap in a grill pan, top with filling and vegan sprinkled cheese.
  2. Place another wrap on top and close.

Frying and serving

  1. Fry the filled quesadillas on both sides until golden brown.
  2. Cut into quarters and serve with guacamole and salsa sauce.
  3. Enjoy!
