If you are looking for an uncomplicated and delicious breakfast, these peanut chocolate overnight oats are just the thing for you. With just a few ingredients and a little preparation the night before, the best breakfast experience awaits you in the morning!

Ingredients

These Ingredients make:

2 Portions
  • 100 g Oat flakes
  • 100 g Soy yogurt or other plant-based yogurt of your choice
  • 120 ml Plant drink (soy, oats, almonds, etc.)

Preparation of the base and layering

  1. Mix the rolled oats, soy yogurt and plant-based drink well in a bowl.
  2. Add vegan protein powder to taste and work in thoroughly.
  3. Place the raspberries in the glasses as the first layer.
  4. Evenly layer the prepared Over Night Oats mixture on top of the raspberries.
  5. Place the peanut butter as the next layer on top of the overnight oats.

Topping

  1. Sprinkle the peanuts on top of the peanut butter layer.
  2. Sprinkle a pinch of salt over the peanuts.
  3. Melt the chocolate and pour the melted chocolate over the entire surface.

Overnight stay in the fridge

  1. Place the prepared jars or bowls in the fridge overnight.
  2. The next morning, take the overnight oats out of the fridge.
  3. Enjoy the delicious mixture straight from the jar or bowl!
