Over Night Chia Oats - with chocolate variation

Are you short on time in the morning but still want to enjoy a delicious and nutritious breakfast? Then these overnight oats are just the thing for you! The combination of creamy oat flakes, soy yogurt and chia seeds is refined with a chocolatey twist and a fruity jam layer. The best thing about it: you prepare it the evening before and a delicious breakfast awaits you the next morning.

Ingredients

These Ingredients make:

2 Portions
  • 100 g Oat flakes delicate
  • 30 g Chia seeds
  • 200 g Soy yogurt or other plant-based yogurt
  • 200 ml Plant drink (oat, almond, soy drink)

In addition

  • 2 TL Agave syrup or other sweetener
  • 2 EL Baking cocoa
  • 2 EL Jam 1 tablespoon per portion

    Preparing the basic mixture

    1. Mix the rolled oats, soy yogurt, plant-based drink, chia seeds and agave syrup in a bowl.
    2. Pour half of the basic mixture into glasses.

    Chocolate variation

    1. Stir the baking cocoa into the remaining half of the basic mixture in the bowl.

    Layer in jars and refrigerate overnight

    1. Pour the jam into the jars and top with the chocolate oats from the bowl.
    2. Seal the jars and place in the fridge overnight.
    3. The next morning, top the overnight oats with fresh blueberries and enjoy.
