Soaking the dates

  1. Place the dates in warm water and leave to soak for about 10 minutes.
  2. Then pour off the water.

Mixing

  1. Place the rolled oats, walnuts, soaked dates, peeled carrot, vanilla pulp, maple syrup and cinnamon in a high-speed blender.
  2. Mix the ingredients into a coarse mixture. Make sure that all the ingredients are well mixed together.

Forms of the bites

  1. Divide the mixture into 30 g portions and shape into small balls.
  2. Roll the shaped bites in shredded coconut to give them a delicious coconut flavor on the outside.
